China’s Green Great Wall is on the front line of its fight against desertification, but is it sustainable? You may have heard about green walls or even seen a few. Today, the GGWI includes 21 countries from across the continent, and the sustainable management of The Great Green Wall is one of the most inspirational and urgent movements of our times. The Great Green Wall Initiative (GGWI) is a unified vision and response to these challenges.
